This accommodation for 6 people offers a sublime setting for happy Lake Garda stays. This apartment provides a peaceful place in which family or group of friends can feel at home! The apartment, with free Wi-Fi, is composed by a spacious living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped modern kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffe machine and toaster. The living room overlooks the covered patio equipped with dining table and chairs for breakfasts and dinners for 6 people with a nice view over the garden the apartment enjoys also a private garden which can be perfect for pets! The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe. Guests can benefit from the bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC! Through an internal staircase guests can reach the lower floor composed by a spacious game room equipped with a pool table and fireplace. Also a big table for dinner with friends and a small bathroom with wash basin, shower and WC complete the lower floor. Guests can easily park their car in the private parking place. The Pools and a tennis place, located few meters away from the apartment, are available from 1st June to 30th September. Swimming cap is required. A baby cot and a high chair can be installed upon request with a small extra cost. Pets are welcomed upon request! To a close distance, guests can reach a shopping center with Simply market, bar and restaurant for every comfort. The exclusive property is located in the wonderful town of Padenghe sul Garda, on the South of Lake Garda; home of the Medieval Castle and the 12th century Church Sant'Emiliano, the city boasts every comfort for families and groups of friends with green areas, playgrounds, bar, restaurants and beaches. Reaching the family theme parks of Gardaland and Ceneva World is very easy in 40 minutes by car. Guests who love Golf, can easily reach the Garda Golf Country Club in Soiano in 10 minutes by car, the Arzaga Golf Club in 5 minutes by car or the Golf Chervò in Pozzolengo in 15 minutes by car. Lake Garda also offers boat rentals, cycling hills, rock climbing, wine tasting, typical local products and various excursions. The airports of Verona (42 minutes drive) and Milan (1.5 hours drive) are within an easy driving distance from Padenghe sul Garda.
