In the large living room there is a beautiful wood burning ceramic stove. In the kitchen area, there is an American style refrigerator producing ice water.
The loggia is equipped with gas barbecue for easy dining al fresco.
From the Villa and its infinity salty eco-swimming pool (shared with Sagrantino, 4 guests and Sangiovese, 2 guests), you will enjoy memorable sunsets.
The villa is at a very short distance to the village of Paciano, less than five minutes walk. In Paciano there are restaurants, bars, shops, and a nice kids garden.
