Summary: This Hotel has great staff who are happy to help with things I forgot to pack, the phone charger ! and also did some printing for me free of charge, so reception gets a 5 star from me, I also had an early check in on this trip with no charge. For the price is great value, my last stay I paid 36 euro for a single room. The room was clean and pleasant. I have stayed before in not such a great room, but again for the location and price its a great find and I always now stay here when I am in Palermo. Breakfast is good selection of food. The reception team are a big asset to the hotel.
