the villa is situated on top of a green hill with a lovely view over Lake Bolsena and the valleys and surrounding hills of Tuscia, in Tuscany and Umbria, not far from the country so that the center of Montefiascone and main services they are easily reached by a walk but despite this the location is extremely quiet.
The villa 'consists of three large apartments all reachable by a staircase (bed linen and towels included):
The White Lily is located on the second floor (2 bedrooms furnished with iron bed double, 2 bathrooms each with shower, dining room, kitchen furnished-pans dishes kitchen cutlery etc.- complete with appliances-gas hob, sink , refrigerator, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, free wifi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, and upstairs an exclusive solarium of 60 m2 with table , chairs and deck chairs and stunning 360 degree view)
Is part of the villa a plot of 11000m with fenced area inside garden with centenarian oaks, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees, playground both adults ping-pong, calciobalilla- that baby - minilift, mini tunnels, table rocking.
A small road dirt downhill and a small staircase leading to the pool area consists of a swimming pool and a second round pool tub, large deck area with three umbrellas, chairs, tables, shower.

"The White Lily" is the ideal place to stay for visiting nearby sites of natural interest and artistic as Civita di Bagnoregio, the Terme Di Viterbo, Bolsena lake and its islands, Orvieto, Bomarzo, Tarquinia, Saturnia Spa, Val d'Orcia and Pienza reachable with a few minutes drive and Rome and Assisi reached in just over an hour's drive.
From the villa is easily accessible bike rental and a riding school to discover by bike, on horseback or by walking the fantastic nature trails around the lake.
Breakfast is not served to us in the villa, but we will be happy to recommend the best places in the nearby historic city of Montefiascone, the ancient village, under the great basilica of Santa Margherita, where you can eat a good breakfast served inside table or buy it to eat it in the comfort of your "White lily"
