This cozy apartment is ideal for couples and families who want to spend a relaxing vacation at a short distance from the sea. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern building recently built and equipped with all amenities. To welcome guests there is the furnished patio with dining area that overlooks the pool shared with the upstairs apartment. From the patio guests enter the living area made up of an open space with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen equipped with everything needed for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

This large crescent of sand, very popular with windsurfers and snorkelers, is characterized by a fine white sand, crystal clear waters and a shallow seabed, perfect for families with children. It also boasts an amazing view of the island of Tavolara, which you can enjoy from the bars and restaurants on the beach.
