With the typical architecture of local rural farmhouses with stone construction and large green spaces surrounding the building, the bed & breakfast "La Grande Agave" is located in the northernmost area of the Adriatic coast of the Marche Region, practically next to the border with Romagna Region, inserted in the territory immediately adjacent to the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park and typical of the Marche-Romagna hills, rich in lush vegetation that extends along gentle slopes that tend towards the sandy coast with the exception of the stretch of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park where the coast ends sheer on the Adriatic Sea generating suggestive views and environments, where short uncontaminated beaches alternate with paths that reach them and enter the lush Mediterranean vegetation up to the shoreline. The location close to the protected area of the Park is a guarantee of sea and protected natural spaces, but "La Grande Agave" also stands out for its very easy access a few meters from the Adriatic State Road S.S. 16 which therefore allows maximum ease of arrival and departure towards the interesting surrounding locations rich in history, art and culture: to the north Cattolica (3 km), Riccione (15 km), Rimini (25 km); to the south Pesaro (10 km), Fano (20 km), Frasassi Caves (60 km); inland Gradara (2 km), Urbino (35 km), Republic of San Marino (35 km), San Leo (40 km).
These areas are also distinguished by their food and wine excellences that can count on the agricultural vocation of the hinterland and the fishing of the coast on which the production of locally harvested olive oil and a huge selection of wines produced by excellent wineries also appreciated at a national level stand out. The large room is located on the first floor with access reserved exclusively for guests and connected internally to the bathroom. The entrance to the bed & breakfast is either directly from the outside via the master staircase or internally passing through the large living room from which you can access your accommodation on the upper floor.
