Bright and comfortable, it is located on the first floor of Villa Anna, a private summer residence located in a quiet and exclusive residential area, the Zona Lago, immersed in the greenery of olive groves and orchards 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the National Park of Cilento, 3.2 km from the center of Santa Maria and at the foot of a hill on which Castellabate stands, one of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy, proclaimed by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
It was here that in 1811 the King of Naples Gioacchino Murat, in the presence of so much beauty, pronounced the phrase "Here one does not die". In 2009, in the alleys of Castellabate, and the sea of Santa Maria and San Marco, scenes of the famous Italian film "Benvenuti al Sud" were filmed.
Santa Maria is bathed by a marvelous marine protected area that goes from Punta del Tresino to Punta Licosa, a paradise also for diving enthusiasts.
