In Sicily this complex with 3 villas is set at less than 10 minutes away from Cefalù (6 km) and its magnificent beaches and architectural beauties. Nestled on the side of a hill 250 meters above sea level, the estate is surrounded by old-growth oak woods, citrus and olive groves. Apart from having one of the swimming pool (exclusive use) with one of the most beautiful sight of the whole Sicily with view on Tyrrhenian Sea and on Rocca of Cefalù.
The main villa has room for maximum 14 people : 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have on first floor an enormous bedroom with ensuite bathroom lwith the opportunity on request to insert up to 4 extra single beds- On ground floor we have 1 triple ( with 3 single) and 3 double (in1 of this bedroom is possible to insert one extra singke bed). These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms both with shower. On the ground floor of main villa there is also a very large living room with kitchen corner and fire place. The villa has large external facilities: outside kitchen with a fabulous marble table where to eat outside and with barbecue corner and oven where to cook pizza.
The villa has 2 depandances. The 2 dependance are at 45 secons walking inside a private property from the main villa. Each depandance has an extra pool. So in the property there are 3 pools.
The first depandance has 5 extra bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (to see photos and details look for Homeaway property reference 492075 ) We have a large quadruple for children, 3 doubles and 1 twins double. In 2 of the double is possible to insert an extra bed. 3 bathrooms out 4 are ensuite. So the second depandance can give accomodation maximum to 14 people

We have always inside this property an extra appartment with bathroom with 1 double and 2 single beds.
