Summary: Being a member of Relais & Chateau,I expected much more hospitality.The Estate itself is stunning but the staff needs a training regarding hospitality ASAP ,specially the team from the restaurants (Cedri ,breakfast) . Exception with the front desk team,specially Maggie and Valentina ,who were so kind and helpful.
