Positive: Clean as a whistle, well-equipped, and centrally located . Very comfy bed with high quality linens. Appreciated the fans during the heatwave . I was regularly able to find street parking.

Negative: Not air conditioned - exceptional heat while I was there. Yes, there’s a balcony, but it overlooks less-than-attractive back yards - I wouldn’t feature it in the title of the apartment. Although I heard regularly from the owner via Bookings’s app, I never laid eyes on him - I prefer a more personal touch.

Summary: A centrally located, well-equipped apartment; if you’re an AC fan, not for you
