The property is located a few kilometres from Pesaro, the 2024 Capital City of Italian Culture which offers a vast variety of services and activities capable of satisfying every request. The villa is decorated like an art gallery, with unique and designer pieces. Expertly blended together, paintings of considerable prestige and size are displayed in a bright and elegant environment. The wooden beams are the common thread of the various rooms where large sofas and contemporary lighting transmit a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At a short distance from the villa there is the dependance, stylishly and carefully decorated like the rest of the house. Along a charming avenue surrounded by olive trees, not even 20 meters from the structure, there is a panoramic swimming pool perfect for relaxing in the sun. A well-equipped covered porch is also available to the guests. This property is spread over approximately 400 square meters and offers various outdoor areas and relaxation corners located in strategic places, overlooking the sea or protected by majestic oak trees. To eat outdoors and enjoy this splendid landscape with a 360° view, the property has also a beautiful veranda. The estate is fully fenced-in.
The villa is structured on two levels. The ground floor is characterized by a ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The dependance is located about 15 meters from the main body and is composed of a double bedroom with divisible bed, a bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Two single beds can be added, one in the main body in one of the double bedrooms and one in the dependance.
