The house is not accessible by car, but this makes the stay even more special, immersing you in the serene beauty of the village and its stunning vistas.

The quickest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, where a 400-meter trail with around 70 steps will bring you to the entrance. Alternatively, you can reach the center of Praiano via a staircase of about 200 steps. A private parking space is available about 650 meters from the property for a fee. Alternatively, you can park in public spaces about 200 meters away. A porter service can be arranged upon arrival for a fee.
NOTE: During the high season, parking may be especially difficult to find. We recommend booking the parking space in advance to ensure availability.
