On the ground floor we find the main apartment, an apartment consisting of a large living room of 90m² with a large fireplace, a large dining table and a billiard table.

One of the four bedrooms has a sitting area at the entrance and a mezzanine where the double bed is located, which can be reached by climbing a wooden staircase.
