Summary: We stayed on Thursday and everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we returned on Sunday and it was a completely different experience. We didn’t get the room we’d booked, even though we booked both at the same time and even confirmed on Sunday that we would have it. We didn’t even get a balcony, despite one being clearly shown in the photos. When we questioned it, the receptionist, who looked like she’d rather be anywhere else, simply said, “Yeah, I know it looks like that, but it’s no guarantee…” The icing on the cake? They gave us a room overlooking… the room we’d actually booked.
