La villa è realizzata su due piani collegati tra loro da scala interna. PIANO TERRA - Living con salotto, sala da pranzo e cucina; due camere matrimoniali, due bagni doccia. PRIMO PIANO – Camera matrimoniale con bagno en suite con doccia.
Parco:
La villa è circondata da circa 5.000 mq di terreno completamente recintato, con ulivi e macchia mediterranea. Un’area pranzo all’aperto ombreggiata si trova proprio all’esterno della cucina, affiancata da terrazze pavimentate e zone di giardino pensate per il relax. La proprietà dispone di cinque posti auto scoperti all’interno del terreno.
N.B.: Si precisa che i servizi fotografici solitamente vengono realizzati in primavera, pertanto i colori e le fioriture dei giardini, dei prati e dei parchi potrebbero essere diversi al momento del vostro ingresso in villa.
