We rent in our house (clima house category A) a new built and modern family apartment. The apartment has got a surface of 115m² which includes an open space kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, large bathroom with two sinks, shower and bathtub, an additional bathroom with shower, also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The heating (floor heating) and cooling (ceiling cooling) of the building is operated by an air heat pump, thereby ensuring an ecological and sustainable way of heating and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, crockery, cutlery and tea towels.
We also provide cots, highchairs, children's crockery, games, books, etc.
We have two private parking spaces for your vehicles. You can deposit bicycles in our underground garage.
