First Floor: Master bedroom with double bed, fireplace and ensuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

caretaker Adriano will check the pool water twice a week and water the garden if necessary.
His wife Maria will clean the house once a week and change towels and bedsheets each week or if requested/needed. They live 5 minute away and will arrange their visits with you at hours convenient to you.

Children's beds/cots can be supplied upon request if sufficient notice.

Rome & the best beach: Ostia beach west of Rome - the best.the others are overdeveloped. this is pretty natural , with beautiful sandy beach , dunes . great restautant Mediterraneo provideng sunbeds and umbrellas .arrive early in summer , very early on weekends, as parking is along the road and limited .tip the fellow who appears to look after your car about 3 euros , he ll also help you to pull out , directing the traffic .
