The Residence Garden was built in 2002 with an architectonic structure that marries the modern stile with the rustic taste of the natural stones and the wood and it is composed by 12 apartments (6 apartments on the ground floor with garden and 6 apartments on the first floor with terrace), and a private pool on complete disposition for our guests (opened from the 16th of may to the 25th of september 2015). They have all a beautiful view to the lake, to the old town of Malcesine and to the Monte Baldo Mountain.
This new built complex is situated on a panoramic platform 450 meters above the lake in the area of Tignale; in 500 meters you can join the old town of Prabione, where you can find shop facilities, a bar, a restaurant with local dishes, the old church and a children’s playground. Moreover in just 300 meters from your flat you can find the “Centro Visitatori” the swimming pool with the snack-bar “Campogrande” where you can relax and have a drink or something to eat. In just 2 Km you can join the centre of Tignale, Gardola, where you can find all the services useful for a relaxing stay, as the bank, the post office, the pharmacy, the doctor for tourists, shopping facilities and many good restaurants and pizzerias.
