Positive: The location of the property is excellent. The room we stayed in on the first night was quite bad. In the morning, Gabriella greeted us, changed our room, and this time it was perfect, and we were very pleased. Gabriella was the best part. Friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. I highly recommend it.

Summary: The first night was bad, then it got much better.
