Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent, outside bustling mainland Venice. Just 5 minutes from the ferry to Venice island. The lovely lady at reception was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and was confortable. The common spaces were nice and calm.

Negative: The size of the room was good, but not brilliant. Nothing else to say. Would stay here again
