Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Facilities including bar, lounge and food area + outdoor hot pool and basement spa areas were very good. Shuttle to and from the ski lifts was great.

Negative: Room was too hot so we opened the window occasionally.
