Summary: Nice owners, well presented property with stunning views over "little Capri" bay, particularly enjoyable for relaxing evenings with a glass of your favourite drink. West facing so amazing sunset views. House well equipped and nice outside area. Path immediately below house entrance for access to rocks and great snorkelling. Location great for calm and access to sea but therefore car necessary or accept a long ish walk to amenities in the village. Lots of space in house and well equipped. Only missing item which would make it perfect would be air-con as heat in mid summer extreme, which means open windows at night which means mosquitoes. With a car, the beach at Torre delle Stelle is 2-3 minutes, other beaches (around every corner) 5-10 mins, and Villasimius amazing beaches 20 mins. Recommend a boat tour either from Villasimius or Cagliari. Owners friendly and very helpful. A very nice holiday. Thank you.
