Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to assist us. Hotel is very close to a bus stop if you don't have your own transport.

Negative: Price didn't include breakfast. It would have been nice to have a kettle / coffee facilities in the room.

Summary: Unlike any of our previous hotels in Italy, the staff at this hotel went out of their way to assist.
