THE APARTMENT, a totally new business, is located in the historic center , on the first floor of a beautiful condominium complex with a courtyard and shared garden.
THE ENTRANCE is completely autonomous thanks to the self check-in .
The living area is very bright, large and modern and overlooks Piazza Matteotti, one of the main squares of the city.
It is made up of a single large room, in which you will find a very comfortable sofa (convertible into a bed - 140x190 cm - if there are more than 4 guests), with smart TV and Netflix subscription included and the swing that gives its name to our house and which will delight children and adults.
There will also be a large table with 6 chairs and a high chair and a fully equipped kitchen . Oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle with tea and herbal teas, Nespresso coffee machine with pods , pots, crockery and all the main kitchen utensils will give you the opportunity to prepare a meal at home, whenever you feel like it.
A large corridor leads to the NIGHT area, consisting of TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS and TWO BATHROOMS.
Both bedrooms have a bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm) and space to store your personal items (a chest of drawers in the larger room and a large desk in the smaller one).
There is also a cot (120x60).
THE BATHROOMS, both large, with windows and equipped with a shower, are completely new. We will leave for you everything you need to travel light: hairdryer, towels, shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
A washer-dryer is at your disposal to allow you a comfortable and practical stay in every respect.
The apartment is heated and equipped with air conditioning in every room.
There is also a powerful wifi that will satisfy your leisure and work needs.
We are happy to welcome families with children and in the apartment you will find many small details for the little ones: cot, high chair, games and books for children and, of course, the swing!
Furthermore, in the condominium courtyard there is a slide and a small house available to all children, while from the living room window you can see the carousel and the small play area in the square.
Parking is on the street, there is plenty in the immediate vicinity. We will provide you with a free parking pass for the duration of your stay.
Bonus: for an amazing panoramic view of the center of Modena, go up to the condominium terrace! There are a lot of stairs (3 floors), but it will be worth it!
