Design villa with terraces, swimming pool and spectacular sea view a short distance from the center of Camogli.
The villa welcomes guests with a garden featuring a porch furnished with a table and chairs, from which to admire not only an enchanting view of the sea but also a wonderful olive tree, which was pruned like a baobab and awarded at Euroflora 2023. The entrance opens onto the elegant living room with sofas, a TV and a crystal dining table, and with two large French windows that give access to the garden. The kitchen, directly connected to the living room and with access to the garden as well, is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine and another dining table. From here a corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a double sofa bed and desk and two double bedrooms, one of which boasts a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with an open shower in front of the bed. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout. All rooms overlook the garden, the doubles also overlook the sea.
The highlight of the accommodation is the large outdoor area with an amazing sea view, which is spread over three levels. From the ground floor, going up the first flight of stairs guests will reach the second level, which boasts a swimming pool with sun loungers, sofas, umbrellas and automated tents. At the end of it, guests will also find an outdoor shower and a toilet. From here, another flight of stairs leads to the third level, equipped with a barbecue, refrigerators, a stone dining table and sun loungers.
Amenities such as washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating are at guests’ disposal.
