Park of over 3000 square meters with bbq area, the new in ground pool (dim. 8 m x 4 m h 1,2 m), outdoor whirlpool for 4 people (mainly used in the mid-low season).
Garden equipped with games for children and a large BBQ area surrounded by greenery.
The large house divided over two floors connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor offers a large living area of about 70/80 square meters with a super-equipped kitchen and opening onto a covered balcony overlooking the lake/garden/swimming pool. The sleeping area on this floor includes 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one bedroom with a 2 single beds). Bathroom with shower.
The first floor, on the other hand, is made up as follows: kitchen and living area with TV, 5 bedrooms 4 double bedrooms and one with French bed) and 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath tube)
