The new kitchen has been expanded and the bathroom has been moved to another area of the house, creating a comfortable bathroom with a large shower. A bathroom with shower was made in the cottage. A new area for the external shower with hot water was created at the entrance. The property is located in the most panoramic point of Villasimius and has a private swimming pool with sea view, large private garden, porch with table and barbecue and breakfast corner on the golf course, where you can admire sunrise and sunset. The interiors are finely furnished and have every comfort. The villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Outside the main house just above the porch there is a small cottage with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
From the villa you can walk in 10 minutes, to the beautiful Campulongu beach.
