La Rustica is a spacious holiday home located in the ancient village of Vacciago, a small hamlet in the Municipality of Ameno. It has a spectacular view of Lake Orta and the surrounding hills, and offers plenty of tranquility, away from busy roads.
It is arranged on three floors connected by a beautiful marble staircase. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a small bathroom and a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have large terraces overlooking the lake. The beautiful stone courtyard is equipped with a sunshade and a table for outdoor dining. In the garden there is a new in-ground swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 m, height 1.40 m for exclusive use with sun loungers. The pool is sanitized with salt instead of chlorine and is therefore more natural on the skin. Wifi and air conditioning.
