Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The reception staff, particularly Alessandra, were very helpful. On my 2nd night a few teenagers (at least 4) started to have a party in their room (204). I was in room 203, I confronted them in the hallway as they were in and out banging the door and playing music out loud. They intimated that they didn't speak Italian or English. On my way out that evening I reported it to the reception and they said they'd sort it out. When I got back there wasn't a sound from the room all night. So kudos to the staff for fixing the problem. The hotel is only a stone's throw from the main train station which is very handy if you want to book day trips to the Amalfi coast or Pompeii. There's also a metro station on the lower floors where you can visit Naples itself by taking the metro lines of your choice. I'd highly recommend this hotel for the proximity to the Stazione Garibaldi alone. I'm attaching a photo of the view from my room.
