The apartment is situated on the south-west coast of Lake Garda on a private olive oil and wine farm, perfect for those wishing to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. It is also perfect for families who enjoy animals and children can request to feed the animals with me.
Walkers will find it a perfect location as there are walking paths direct from the apartments. Cyclists will enjoy this location too as there are many cycling tours available.
The apartment is tastefully decorated catering for up to 5 guests, however, there is another apartment above it that can be booked at the same time for two families who wish to travel together but have the convenience of separate accommodation. There are balconies on both sides of the house maximising on the beautiful views. The house is very light and spacious. On one side of the house you are surrounded by the beautiful chestnut forest which provides shade and fresh breezes in the evening. In fact, this is the reason there is no air conditioning as it really isn't needed!
The kitchen, dining room and separate living area provide all modern comforts. The bedrooms are very comfortable offering one double bed (main bedroom) and one double bed and one single bed.

There is a shared area outside where guests can sit and enjoy a barbecue and relax in the beautiful area that we live in. Children will find this area a paradise with plenty of area to explore in the forest and play.
Salò is just a 5 to 10 minute drive away. A historic town, great for walking, shopping and dining and boasts the longest promenade on the lake is perfect for taking in the beautiful views and culture of an Italian lake town. On Saturday morning the market comes to town and is the biggest on the lake, where it is possible to buy local produce from cheese, salamis, clothes and many artisan products. During the summer months you can enjoy alfresco dining and listen to live music.
Lake Garda offers many areas to access the beaches and swimming. The closest beaches are just 5-10 minute drive away in Salò, Portese and San Felice.
The location is very central allowing ease for day trips from Milan to Venice, Mantova, Verona and Brescia. Lake tours are also available.
