Located in a strategic position to reach the main attractions of the city such as the lakeside promenade, Piazza Cermenati, the Manzoni Museum, and the Castle of Lecco, which dominates the city from the hill.

The entrance to the house is accessed after entering the building and going up to the second floor via stairs or using the internal elevator to the first floor and going up half a flight of stairs or to the second floor and going down half a flight of stairs.
Once you enter through the reinforced door, on the right-hand side, you will find the living area with two bright windows that overlook the square, immediately catching your attention. Additionally, there is a sofa bed with a rocking chair to the right, along with a television and the Wi-Fi modem placed on the furniture. On the left-hand side, there is a dining table with six chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner induction stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and various compartments in the cabinet containing all the essentials for cooking.
Continuing straight from the entrance, you will find a corridor that leads to the sleeping area with two suites and the bathroom. The first suite you come across, facing the entrance, has a double bed and a single bunk bed. The room also has a closed double-door wardrobe, not available for guests' use, and an open wardrobe available for use. Continuing down the corridor to the left, you will reach the complete bathroom with a double shower head, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, and dryer. In front of the bathroom, you will find the second suite, consisting of a spacious double bed and a large wardrobe.
All rooms have windows that provide ample natural light and allow for proper ventilation. The windows are equipped with adjustable automatic shutters controlled by switches located on the nearby walls.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house.
Other things to note:
Currently, the building hosting the apartment is undergoing renovations, so it may happen (occasionally) that you hear some noises due to the construction work. However, the apartment is well insulated, and the noises are muffled. The renovation works will be completed soon, and any disturbances will be limited to regular working hours (around 8:30 AM to 5 PM) and not every day!
