The house consists of a 12th century Romanesque church adapted to a civil dwelling incorporated in the architectural block of entrance to the historic center of Monte San Biagio (Porta San Rocco). The house is raised above the road level for a height of about 5 meters, and was renovated by an architect in two large open space environments for a total of about 100 square meters plus a patio in compliance with ancient medieval architecture. The first room, seven meters high and covered by a vault, is illuminated by two single-lancet windows and a large French window with panoramic balcony, and includes a sleeping area and a living area.
The second room develops on two levels connected by a wooden staircase: the upper level, consisting of an ancient wooden mezzanine intended for a sleeping area (1 double bed, + 1 single bed), is very beautiful and comfortable and is illuminated by a window . The lower room, illuminated by two French doors and communicating with an internal patio, includes a sleeping area, a bathroom and a living area. The patio leads to another upper room intended for kitchen space. Total beds 1 + 5 (1 double bed, 5 single beds). The house is very fresh, very bright, furnished with antique furniture, quiet and romantic, 6 km from the sea, 15 km from the wonderful village of Sperlonga, with a panoramic view of Lake Fondi and the sea.
