Beautiful house in Leuca, not far from the sea (about 1km), with a large garden, located in a quiet but not isolated zone, surrounded by green olive trees among the enchanting scenery of the Mediterranean views. Ideal for groups of friends or families (including children), but also for anyone wish to spend a holiday in total relaxation. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with hot water shower and WC, dining room with kitchen. There are satellite TV (decoder of Italian pay tv “Sky”, but without smart card). All windows are equipped with mosquito-nets and shutters.
