VILLA EZZI will suit anyone wanting a quiet and restful holiday providing the perfect place for TOTAL RELAXATION and PRIVACY set in 1.2 acres of grounds. Whilst away from the busy areas, it is perfectly located for easy access to Ezzi Mannu beach and a grill restaurant within walking distance, with Stintino within a 10 minuet drive.
The villa is roomy and available for a maximum of 7 guests, the flexible layout over 2 floors lending itself well to different family groups and couples. The entire villa is well equipped and furnished to a very good and comfortable standard including air-conditioning and some satellite tv channels. The upper floor accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea view, the other with 3 singles and country views over the old vineyard. Also on this floor are the living room and fully fitted semi open plan fully fitted kitchen, conservatory dining room and open balcony, both with sea view. The lower floor comprises the self contained master bedroom suite which is accessed from the covered terrace by the pool, which also has the added benefit of a comfortable sitting area for quiet reading and relaxation. A further door from the terrace leads to a large room with table tennis table, cloakroom, washing machine and extra fridge to serve the pool.
The pool measures 10 metres x 5metres (not a fenced area), with depth of 1 metre at the shallow end to 1.8m at deepest and is located just in front of the house with both sun and shaded lounging areas. There is a BBQ area at the rear of the house with far reaching country views and from which the evening sunset is stunning.
Although there is no internet, the signal is good in and around the villa via tethering.
