The house is arranged over 2 floors. Kitchen, dining area, bathroom and one double bedroom are on the ground floor while two additional double bedrooms and the lounge are located on the first floor. The lounge area enjoys a large chimney. The property provides great outside living space including a paved terrace all along the house, a large dining table, BBQ area and an external shower.
Crystal-clear waters are only 10 min away at the bottom of a magnificent stone path perched on the ridge of the hill.
Driving directions: The village of Monesteroli is reachable by a 20 min walk after leaving your car at the bottom of Via Tramonti, a private road which takes you from Località Colle del Telegrafo into a beautiful bush slowly down towards the sea. From La Spezia you take the coastal road that leads to the Cinque Terre and just before the first tunnel take a right at the junction towards Biassa. Go through this picturesque village and keep going up the road for approx. 5 km till you reach the top of the hill. Take the first road on the left (Via Tramonti) just before the restaurant Colle del Telegrafo and keep going down till the road ends where you will park on the road side. The trackway which leads to Monesteroli starts on the right-hand side of the last sharp bend of the road (trackway n. 4b).
