The first floor with private entrance from the garden has a tavern with separate sleeping area (1 double bed), kitchen, living room and bathroom (the tavern is not heatable). On the second floor, reached through a covered porch: living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor, a mansard with an open double bedroom. From here you have access to the terrace. Outside there is a barbecue for pleasant outdoor meals and the pool with outdoor shower. The area is ideal not only to reach the sandy beaches of Albenga (11km) and Alassio (8 km), but also for excursions to Cervo ( 22 km) with its international festival of classical music, to Albenga with its Roman city center, to Borgio Verezzi (31 km), which is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and famous for its summer theater season. Furthermore, you can organize sailboat trips to the island of Gallinara or visit the ancient Maritime Republic of Noli (43 km), Savona (58 km) with its picturesque harbor, the ?village of the witches? Triora (90 km) and Capo Noli (45 km), where the battle of Admiral Nelson took place, popular with divers. In Varigotti (39 km) you will find a splendid Saracen village and in Bergeggi (48 km) a whale sanctuary. For sports lovers: Europe's longest coastal bike path (25 km) starts in Sanremo (71 km) and the Via Julia Augusta, which connects Albenga with Alassio, starts near Albenga.
