Positive: The location is excellent, 5 mins to the beach. Car park is very close. Supermarket 5 mins away.

Negative: This apartment could be a 9 if the owner put a bit more effort in. The WiFi only really works in the living area, The decor needs updating and the finishing touches to the building work needs attention. Sticking balcony door, dirty window in bathroom. No shampoo or soap. The little things which make the difference. You can tell a bloke owns this apartment and not a woman. But can't complain it was pretty good.
