We are in the middle of 2 shopping centers that are both about 200 meters away (Conad City and Coop). All in a flat position, so you can reach everything comfortably on foot.

Crossing the road, you can access the free beach and a bathing establishment equipped with pine forest and children's area.
All the main services can be reached on foot or by bicycle (supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacies, cinema and theater etc.).
Between 15 and 25 minutes by car you can visit the main tourist sites in the area: Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia (also reachable by cycle path), Venturina Terme, Castagneto Carducci, Porto di Piombino, Suvereto, Bolgheri and Terme di Sassetta.
We manage 2 other properties in the same building so there is the option of being able to bring together 3 families who want to spend their holidays together.
