Positive: The first thing that stands out is the exceptionally friendly and delightful staff. They’re definitely doing a great job, and you feel welcomed and well looked after. The hotel itself is very good, with a high standard and great cleanliness. We also had a very comfortable room with a sea view. From various facilities there’s also a great view of the rock. The hotel is located a bit away from the old town, so you’ll have a short walk, but in peak season it’s definitely quieter there. Breakfast is very tasty, the drinks are good, and there’s plenty of space to spend time if you like to also relax at the hotel.

Negative: I won’t say I didn’t like it - those are subjective impressions - but this is more information for someone planning a trip who’s very sensitive to certain details. The hotel is set a bit on a hill, so from town you need to walk a few extra minutes slightly uphill. On the plus side, the views are nice. Another thing is that the hotel plays music on the patio. I have good earplugs and it was cool enough that we could close the window, but personally I don’t understand the need to play patio music that you can hear in the room. It was on from around 7 a.m. until, I think, after 11 p.m. That said, the music is very pleasant and fits the vibe.
