THE HOUSE
Villa Perseo is completely fenced and consists the house, the outdoor area with the patio, the pool area and a cellar (with laundry corner and washing machine).
The house retains the traditional star vaults, functional from the point of view of thermal insulation and certainly pleasing from an aesthetic point of view.
The villa can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 extra beds available on request), has 2 double bedrooms (air-conditioned and with walk-in closet), 2 bathrooms with shower, full and equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and induction cooker), and a large living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and smart TV (55 ″).
It's available the internet wi-fi, useful for those who want to do smart working in the downtown of Santa Maria di Leuca.
The house is equipped with a heating system, therefore the villa is also available during the winter months.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE
Villa Perseo has a fenced outdoor area, consisting of the main entrance, a patio with sofas and various seats (images not yet available), and a private above ground rattan pool (4x2x1.30), ideal for cooling off and spending pleasant moments.
Finally there is the cellar, about 150 square meters large but not completely accessible. Inside there is a laundry corner with washing machine, as well as various objects and a private storage not available to guests.

The villa still retains some evidence of its past. In addition, Villa Perseo hosts several important paintings (Guarienti, Sozzo, Pirelli) and a couple of frescoes, beautiful and very well maintained. In fact, in the main hall you can admire "The 4 Phases of Love" by the painter and sculptor Luigi De Mitri, a true masterpiece!
On foot you can visit the whole town. You can walk to the Leuca lighthouse, the " Cascata monumentale", the turist Port, the seafrnt, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, ice cream, restaurants and much more!
