The remaining two bedrooms (a double and a twin) are located in the adjacent dependence, on the first floor. They both share a bathroom with shower. The tiny hamlet of Preggio is reachable on foot but, for every day shopping, Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone are only 12km away; the bigger Umbertide 18km. Within a short time guests can reach out interesting cultural destinations such as Cortona 30 Km; Perugia 28 Km; Città della Pieve, Città di Castello 35 km; San Sepolcro 49km. The impressive “Rocca di Pierle”, dated XIII century, raises on the valley 18km away, while Lake Trasimeno's beaches and bars are only 18 km away. The area offers interesting islands tours and fishing and tourism experiences.
