Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Big and beautiful apartment, nicely decorated, good location if you do not mind public transportation. Some basic things were missing: coffee machine but not a single packet of sugar, washing machine but no detergent, no paper towels or napkins.

Negative: Our request to register our rental car license plate for ZTL on the day we depart from Rome was not fulfilled. We are now on the hook to pay penalty to the city and administrative fees to the rental car company. Any apartment registered as a city as a short term rental would have the ability to do this. This is a big let down.

Summary: Poor customer service for a beautiful and big apartment. Pitty.
