Our beautiful house with an impressive panoramic location and private pool is located on the west bank of Lake Maggiore directly above the small town of Cannero. The house has a total of two floors. On the upper floor there is an open living area with a new kitchen as well as the dining and living room. You can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Maggiore through two large panoramic windows. A special highlight is the large balcony, which allows a view of Lake Maggiore. Unfortunately you cannot park directly at the house. On the street you can unload the car at the stairs. The parking lot is about 150m up the street. The way to the house is a bit difficult - there are about 70 steps and an unpaved path to the house. However, you will be rewarded with a unique view of Lake Maggiore.
You can reach the lower floor via a very well-lit external staircase. There you will find the two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
The private pool with a size of 8x4 meters is located in the middle of the garden and also offers a great view of the lake. Several terraces with a total of four loungers allow you to relax all day long.
In addition, there is a nice dining area down in the garden where you can end the day with a barbecue and a glass of wine.
Shopping for daily needs can be done both in Cannero (about 10 minutes by car) and in Trarrego (also about 10 minutes by car). Intra or Cannobio you will also find large supermarkets that offer everything for a large weekly shopping.
Both Intra, Cannobio, Luino and Cannero offer a weekly market where you can buy food, accessories, clothing and shoes.
The small streets of Cannero, Cannobio and Intra invite you to linger with their restaurants and caffes. Furthermore there are many small boutiques in Intra and Cannobio that invite you to shop.
Cannero has a beautiful beach that can be reached in about 15 minutes. If you like it sporty, you can rent surfboards or catamarans in Cannobio.
Children will get their money's worth in the skater park with half pipe and some ramps. There you can let off steam with a skateboard or a stunt scooter.
Another highlight is the zipline, which can be reached from Cannero in about 45 minutes.
