The apartment is located in the historic center of Sermoneta and is one of the oldest houses built in the town, very close to the Caetani castle.
The "Il Granaio" apartment is located on the second and last floor of an ancient building located in one of the most scenic and photographed alleys of the historic village.
It is accessed via a marble staircase and looks like a large open space with a kitchenette and dining area equipped with every service, a sleeping area with a large double bed and 1 bathroom with a large shower. At guests' disposal also a splendid terrace overlooking the Agro Pontino. The loft was recently renovated (April 2019).
Sermoneta enjoys an excellent position to visit the spectacular Ninfa Gardens, the Ancient Norma and Cori, Bassiano, but also the beautiful beaches of Sabaudia, Sperlonga and Terracina.
A ten minute drive you can reach the train station to easily get to Rome and Naples.
