Summary: We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.
There was no parking provided but the host was able to guide us at the time of the booking that there is a secure parking garage only minutes away from the apartment, which we booked independently (for 40 Euros a day). We parked our car there for the entire stay and explored Florence by foot/public transport for the two days were there.
There was no iron in the room but the host was able to provide one upon request.
The host was available to answer any queries at all times and was very welcoming and helpful.
We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay.

Summary: I would never stay anywhere else in Florence. The property is impeccable. Everything from the linens, the welcome treats, and the space in general exceeded our expectations. Summary: I will definitely return to Canto degli Scali on my next trip to Florence. Marco was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when I made an error in my reservation date. The property is beautiful. I have stayed in two of the apartments and found them both to be extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. The bedding and linens were so comfortable. I wanted to sleep in each day :-) The location was just perfect, as it is only a block away from all of the shopping and very close to the city center. It was also an ideal location because it was not in the middle of the city, which ensured that it was quiet in the evenings. There is a lovely restaurant directly across from the property where we had many perfect dinners. I could not recommend the property enough!

Summary: The property was beautifully designed with attentive to even the tiniest detail. We appreciated the focus on traveler comfort and ease, including lovely toiletries, free water daily, and an in-room curated wine selection available for purchase. Our hosts recommended wonderful restaurants and helped us get an airport taxi on a busy morning. We will not hesitate to recommend this property and would happily stay here again.
