Villa Agata stands in a paradisical 2500sqm garden with large pool, wonderful sea views, secluded nooks, romantic gazebo, sunny lawns and lots and lots of space to relax and play and enjoy life. The 340sqm of living space of the well-kept house offer plenty of room even for two or even three families. Eight adults and up to six children can vacation here comfortably.
The county seat Imperia with its many small stores and restaurants and the fine sandy beaches is only 5 kilometers away.
The detached house is laid out over 3 floors. On the first floor is the large living area with sofa area around the open fireplace. In front of the living room is the secluded pergola with barbecue area and a large table perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. The many French doors merge inside and outside spaces. On the same level there is the large well-equipped kitchen with dining area and also an access to the garden. At the back of the house there is another highlight of the property, the tavern with a professional wood-fired pizza oven, a grill oven and work surfaces behind a small bar counter. While some are waiting for the pizza, others can let off steam in a foosball tournament. Here, the common fun is guaranteed. In addition, there is a shower room and a small laundry room.
On the second floor of the house there are the blue bedroom with a double bed, the red bedroom (for children) with two bunk beds and an additional sofa bed, the yellow bedroom with a large double bed and the orange bedroom with a French double bed (140x200 cm) and a second bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub. From all rooms you have access to the sea view terrace that runs along the entire house.
Then on the second floconor there is the beautiful green room with a large double bed and great sea views, as well as a chic bathroom with whirlpool tub.
Four-legged guests are also welcome here and make in the fenced garden also relaxed vacations. (Please note, however, if you are on vacation with children, that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings).
