The apartments are part of a historic building in the old town centre, on a paved street.
The building is a “Casa a corte” (house with an interior courtyard) of historical interest, which was built in 1880 and renovated in 2009. It is a complex with three holiday apartments, with furnished interior courtyards.
Upon request, other arrival days than those indicated can be arranged with the owner, as well as stays of less than a week.
Within a radius of 100 metres there are restaurants, general shops, the village square, a bar, a bank, a tobacconist, and a pharmacy 300 metres away. There is wireless Internet access on the village square. The sandy beach is 11km away, while the rocky coast is just 7km away. The location of Specchia, one of the most beautiful little places in Italy, is convenient, as it is just a few kilometres from S. Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli, Lecce, Martina Franca and many other places of historical and architectural interest.
The apartment is on two floors and has a bedroom with a double bed, a gallery with a double room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a fireplace. The apartment can accommodate a total of six people. This apartment has its own separate entrance (on the left side of the front of the house) and is completely independent of the two other apartments. It is not suitable for persons with restricted mobility. The apartment has a travel cot for toddlers.
On the upper floor, the apartment has a terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, as well as a small courtyard with a table, chairs and parasol.
