Positive: The apartment is conveniently located and close to the city centre. The decor of the apartment is very nice, with some attention to detail. The flat felt warm even with temperatures outside close to zero.

Negative: The beds were awful. Cheap, uncomfortable spring mattresses and massive pillows. We didn't get one single good night's sleep. Instead of a sofa bed for the kids, we had two cheap, single camping beds, one in the living room, very close to the entrance door, and one in the master bedroom. Our kids are a teen and a pre-teen, and sleeping in the same room with your parents is not ideal, especially when there is the potential for a sofa bed! Additionally, the flat doesn't have the basic supplies you'd find in this kind of accommodation, like enough toiletries (we were given a few hotel-style samples, not enough even for the first day), a sponge to wash dishes or a cloth to dry them, which I had to buy - there was a dishwasher, but surely we wouldn't use it for four cups and spoons after breakfast! The hot water took a while to work out: it wouldn't work in the bidet without first opening it in the washhand basin - bizarre! Instructions on how to make it all work would be helpful. Finally, it wasn't cheap! We travel quite a bit, and for this price in a small town, you would expect at least the beds to be excellent.
