It is composed of a pretty living room of 30 m ² (with fireplace), of a kitchen equipped, of two beautiful rooms, a shower-room and you will be able to benefit from a garden of approximately 100 m ² as well as from a terrace. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, fireplace (functional), sofa and armchairs.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area for 4 guests.
- Two bedrooms, one of which is upstairs, each with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A garage for one vehicle and the possibility of parking up to 3 vehicles in front of the house.
