Wonderful and cozy apartment located in a modern and bright villa in the green of the Eur with private garden and private entrance. Near Parks, Arts, Culture, Ministries, Shopping Centers. At 200 meters from the Palazzo dello Sport (known as PALALOTTOMATICA), near the Rome Convention Center (the Nuvolillo di Fuksas), at the Atlantico disco, Spazio 900. It is suitable for business travelers, solitary adventurers, couples, children (free up to two years old) and older people.
